AeroPro Button Interface
October 29, 2020 in Support
The AeroPro is a simple single button interface. The purpose of the buttons is to put the AeroPro to sleep when not in use and wake up prior to a test. It is recommend that when not in use the AeroPro is plugged in and charging so it is ready at a moments notice. Currently the procedure to put the AeroPro asleep is to hold the button down for 5 seconds and release, the button is a soft press and excessive force should not be needed. You should feel a subtle click as the enclosure depresses the internal button.
There is a known issue where if the button is held longer than 5 seconds the sensor will reboot immediately, this will be fixed in a future firmware update.
When asleep all of the LED lights will turn off even if the AeroPro is plugged in. Wake the AeroPro to check the charge status visually.
